Side basis says whether a commission is charged on each side (opening and closing) or once per round turn. Where the source does not say, the page does not assume either.

How to read these costs

Keep the quoted account, entity, instrument and currency together. A commission per USD 100,000 is a monetary-volume quote; a commission per standard lot depends on the contract size. They are not interchangeable without those assumptions.

A commission for an account exempt from overnight swaps may be an additional charge for that account or instrument, not the broker's ordinary base commission schedule. The source linked to each fact defines its meaning; an absent side basis stays unknown.

Illustrative arithmetic, not this broker's price: a commission of 3.50 USD per lot on each side would cost 7.00 USD to open and close one lot. A 1-pip spread at 10 USD per pip would add 10 USD. Combine them only if both quotes apply to the same account, instrument and trade. Use the spread cost calculator for your own stated assumptions.
